Suné Pienaar founded HR Supreme from the need identified within many companies who chooses not to employ an entire HR department. Especially small and medium enterprises, as well as start-up companies do not have the full time need for a permanent HR department. These companies do, however need to comply with certain specifications set down in Labour Law.

HR Supreme has the experience and resources to assist these companies in ensuring legal compliance and handling their day to day Human Resources activities.
